The Foundation seeks to fund organizations in Israel that:
- Support educational initiatives and opportunities
- Support economic development, mobility, and resilience
- Promote social cohesion within Israeli society
- Promote health and human services for those in need
- Promote dynamic expressions of Jewish identity
